AV support in P&A
Support for audio-visual (AV) equipment in the Kelvin Building is spread over a number of people and teams.

Lecture theatre AV (ie, that in 222 and 256) is centrally managed: I think campus AV do some monitoring of these spaces, but (just in case) problems should typically be reported via Ivanti tickets.

Labs: AV problems should be reported to the relevant lab technicians in the first instance; college IT staff can assist the technicians where appropriate.

This also applies to the SUPA videoconference room. This isn't (really) supported locally, but lab techs should be able to field problems; that will probably mostly consist of knowing whom to refer the problem to.
